What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and — if you enquired from a specific property page — which property it was about. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and we do not buy or receive your details from third parties.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and to follow up with you about the property or service you asked about. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

Providing your data is voluntary

You are not obliged to give us any personal data. However, without at least a name and a way to contact you, we cannot reply to your enquiry.

Where your data is stored

Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore), on servers located in Singapore (asia-southeast1). This means your data is transferred outside Malaysia. Google acts as our data processor and applies its own security controls.

Who can see it

Only Kim Wong and authorised staff of THE ROOF REALTY SDN. BHD.. Access to the management dashboard is restricted to a fixed list of approved accounts. We may disclose your data where required by law, or to the relevant authorities and professional bodies governing real estate practice in Malaysia.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations for property transactions. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Cookies

This website sets one cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you chose English or Chinese. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking or advertising. We use no third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, withdraw your consent, or limit how we process it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
